The primary body of the pack is constructed using Challenge Cloth 200X Ultra, a three-layer laminated composite that integrates UHMWPE fibers for exceptional strength and abrasion resistance, reinforced cross-layers for structural integrity under tension, and a polyurethane backing for water resistance. The result is a lightweight yet highly durable fabric built to withstand sharp rock, brush, and the sustained demands of mountain travel.
Complementing this is our EnduraMesh LT, a true 4-way stretch mesh that moves naturally with the body. Unlike conventional stretch materials that fatigue and lose shape over time, EnduraMesh LT blends high-strength Nylon 66 with 30% UHMWPE fibers rated up to 15 times stronger than steel by weight. This advanced composition delivers adaptive storage that expands when needed, maintains structure under load, and holds up to repeated use in harsh mountain conditions.
