The Momentum 2.0's Fluidic Holster system provides easy access to its rear bottle pockets. The guided magnetic closure and rail system make it easy to reach back to stow or draw bottles on the go.

The two major challenges that we faced with the bottles in the back design were accommodating every runner's range of motion and ensuring that the bottles didn't interfere with the natural arm swing.
Both of these issues were solved with the Momentum 2.0's Fluidic Holsters. The holster's magnetic rail system allows the bottle to drop lower when holstered reducing the flexbility required to stow and retrieve the bottles on the go. Additionally, the rail's positioning keeps the bottle secured tight against the pack thus keeping it away from the runner's arm swing.
It is important to for gear to work easily and intuitively throughout all stages of a race. Fatigued runners in the final miles of a run need to be able to utilize their gear effortlessly, and the Momentum 2.0 fulfills this requirement.
